• Your NEET rank, category and aspirations, voluntarily shared during counselling.

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule counselling sessions.
• To send you updates about cutoff data, counselling rounds and admission timelines.
• To improve our services and the quality of guidance we provide.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

With your consent, NeetMantra may contact you through any of the following channels: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, email, voice calls and other electronic communication services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP on the relevant channel or by writing to gajanangorade20@gmail.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only:

• With educational institutions or counselling authorities, strictly with your consent and only as required for admission.
• With trusted service providers (e.g. email and messaging platforms) under confidentiality obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07 Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Counselling records are typically retained for up to three (3) admission cycles.

You may, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

NeetMantra’s services are intended for NEET aspirants, who are typically seventeen (17) years or older, and for their parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the enquiry form, engaging with NeetMantra’s counsellors, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

02 Scope of Services

NeetMantra offers educational guidance and admission counselling for medical and allied courses including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT and B.Sc Nursing. Counselling covers cutoff analysis, choice-filling strategy, college mapping, and admission documentation support.

03 No Guarantee of Admission

NeetMantra provides guidance based on its experience and publicly available data. We do not guarantee admission to any particular college, course or category. Final allotments are made by the relevant counselling authorities (MCC, State CET cells, deemed universities, etc.).

04 Fees & Payments

Fees for counselling services are communicated in writing before the engagement begins. All fees are payable in Indian Rupees through approved channels. Receipts will be provided on request.

05 Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the agreement signed at the time of engagement. Where no agreement is in place, refunds are at NeetMantra’s sole discretion, having regard to the work already performed.

06 User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• Submit original or true-copy documents only.
• Respect counselling timelines communicated to you.
• Refrain from misuse of NeetMantra’s name, branding, or materials.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, the NeetMantra logo, and counselling materials — is the property of NeetMantra and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our materials without prior written permission.

08 Third-Party Links

Our website or communications may include links to third-party sites (e.g. counselling authorities, colleges). NeetMantra is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third party.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeetMantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including without limitation losses arising out of changes in counselling rules, cutoff shifts, or third-party allotment decisions.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

11 Changes to These Terms

NeetMantra may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective from the date it is published on this page.
